Elevate Trader Funding, LLC offers fee-based evaluation and performs data analysis on Potential Traders whose simulated trading performance and results in certain virtual stocks and futures satisfy certain metrics, conditions and requirements established by Elevate Trader Funding ("Eligible Traders"). Elevate Trader Funding offers evaluation services and performs data analysis based on simulated trading performance and results in simulated demo accounts traded by Potential Traders through Elevate Trader Funding's platform, using data provided by a third-party broker with methods and techniques established and maintained by Eligible Traders. Elevate Trader Funding provides access to a third party's simulated trading platform and related simulated demo accounts and simulated trading information for purposes of performing such data analysis and evaluation services. Such third party(s) provides Eligible Traders with a simulated trading environment and an opportunity to earn a payout based on a share of demo account virtual trading gains produced by such Eligible Traders, if any, as set forth in an agreement with the Eligible Trader. In addition, Eligible Traders acknowledge and agree, as outlined in such agreement, that such third party has the right to receive and use the data collected and compiled by such party to copy trading for that party's own benefit or otherwise for that party's own use in its sole and absolute discretion. Such third party reserves the right to incorporate any data or other information obtained from Elevate Trader Funding regarding Eligible Traders into actual live market trading by such party, and any such trading will be conducted by such party for its own account and risk. All trade data is anonymous and no contact information is shared.
